Altbank Customers can walk in with their boarding passes and an Altbank card that matches the name on their boarding pass. Customers are awarded a discount upon confirmation of their status. Alternatively, they can prebook a slot online below.

- Walk-in customers with Altbank card- N10,000
- Walk-in customers without either account/cards- N15,000
- Walk-in customers who open an account with us on day of visit- N12,000
- Customers who prebook via web link- N8,000

- The booking is non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and time.
- Guests must present their Altbank card and account number upon arrival.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payment for lounge services must be made upon arrival at the lounge.
